IT’S ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT
Your wedding day is special to you (and it is to me); I value my reputation and take pride in the role that I fulfil in the culmination of your wishes to become husband and wife in the Civil Rite of marriage under the Australian Marriage Act, 1961.
PERSONALISING (The ‘Feel Good’ Factor)
Should you choose to use my services (and I will be honoured by your choice) I will provide you with my booklet containing suggested wordings for elements of the Service which we will compile together – you make the choices including Readings and Vows.
You should be aware that there are “must include” parts of the Ceremony – the wording for which is stated in the Marriage Act; Around those legal elements we can taper and personalise a ceremony to reflect your personalities, feelings and love for one another, and your hopes and dreams for your life together as husband and wife.
I am a Civil Celebrant, but I am very comfortable with spiritual inclusion should you so wish. Please discuss your wishes with me; in addition to my collection of secular readings I have also compiled a folder of wedding appropriate scriptural readings from the Old and New Testaments.
I have been the Celebrant for many Australian couples and led services for people from all corners of the globe, with elements of Jewish, Greek, Italian, Japanese, German, Sri Lankan, Vietnamese, Chinese, Russian, Cambodian, French, Bulgarian, Peruvian, Arabic, Polish, Croatian, Serbian and Slovenian backgrounds, amongst others, and of course the Celtic inclusions of the Scottish and Irish.
