I made the decision to become a Marriage Celebrant to not only satisfy my passion for public speaking, but to also provide an opportunity for me to deliver the high quality customer service skills I teach in my day job. I hold high ethics with customer service standards and have built a natural ability to determine the views, beliefs and needs of others through effective communication. Apart from undertaking the required studies to become a Celebrant (Certificate IV in Celebrancy), I have also completed a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training and a Certificate IV in Community Services (Information, Advice and Referral).
The above, in addition to having been employed within the wedding industry for over 10 years previously, has me well placed to deliver on what I think you will expect from the Celebrant you choose – warmth, sincerity, confidence, professionalism, enthusiasm, personalised support and unprecedented service you should expect on, and leading up to, such a memorable day.
My service commitment:
A decision to use a civil marriage celebrant allows you complete freedom of choice. You choose the celebrant, the date, the time, the place, the words, the music and how you wish the ceremony to be conducted. I will be there throughout the planning process and will provide resources, choices, suggestions and guidance, but ultimately it will be the ceremony YOU want. Apart from legal requirements that I will perform, you personalise the ceremony to make it uniquely yours.
The commitment I give in return for the fee for my services is the following:
• A confidential, professional, and personal service approach.
• Completion and lodgement of all legal paperwork.
• Support with creating your personalised Ceremony.
• A PA system that music may also be played through.
• I will Solemnize your marriage according to Australian Law.
• 2-3 initial meetings , a rehearsal at the venue (if desired).
• Unlimited email or phone support for ANY questions or needs.
Your commitment to me will be to speak freely, share your thoughts, tell me what you do and don’t want, and enjoy the journey.
